Terminal Cable Connection
In this variant, the cable is connected via terminals. This connection type can be delivered with or without the cable.
The cable exit can be configured as desired, either axially, radially, or tangentiall
Permanent Connection
The cable exit can be configured as desired, either axially, radially, or tangentially
Plug Connection
The connection is established using a convenient plug contact integrated into the connection fitting. If desired, we can provide you with matching female connectors or pre-assembled connection cables tailored to your specific application.
For additional security against accidental disconnection of the plug connection, we offer an optional locking bracket.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to configure the cable exit according to your preferences, either axially, radially, or tangentially
With integrated temperature sensor
For temperature measurement, a temperature sensor is positioned beneath the connection cap. The temperature within the heating element is monitored. Custom configurations are available.
Options:
- Thermocouple Fe-CuNi Type J, Ni-CrNi Type K,
- Resistance thermometer PT 100
- potential-bound or potential-free
- Thread: M12, M12x1, M14x1,5, R3/8"
With Borehole and Threaded Connection for external Temperature Sensor
To measure the surface temperature of the heated object with an external temperature sensor, the heating element is equipped with a borehole and a bracket with a threaded hole. A nipple can be screwed into the threaded hole, allowing the external bayonet sensor to be securely attached.
